Data security is a core concern for us. All data is stored with AES-256 encryption and transmitted over HTTPS. The Enterprise plan supports private deployment, with data stored entirely on your own servers. We commit to never accessing, using or disclosing your business data.
Yes. GUANGYIN Dispatch works on PC, mobile (iOS/Android) and tablet, with data synced in real time. You can accept orders, check order status and approve leave requests from your phone, managing the store from anywhere.
Bulk import of customer data, order data and more from Excel or other management systems is supported. Enterprise and Custom include a dedicated data migration service, and our technical team will assist you through the entire migration.

Yes. Both Professional and Enterprise offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. All features are available during the trial; if you do not renew when it ends, the plan drops back to Basic automatically and no data is lost.
